What Information We Collect About You

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our services, and when other sources provide it to us. This information includes:

  • Metis public address

  • Contact information (name, email address), if you have requested us to contact you

  • Internet-related information, including but not limited to IP addresses, operating system, and browser type

  • Web traffic data monitored via Google Analytics. Any identifying information collected through Google Analytics is controlled by Google

  • Metis public blockchain provides transparency into transactions

Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” (DNT) signals to websites. We do not currently take action in response to those signals. If an industry standard on responding to such signals is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to those signals.

Artemis does not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under 13 without verifiable prior parental consent. If you believe such information has been inadvertently collected, we will take necessary steps to remove such information from our database. Users under 13 must seek and obtain parental consent to use this website.

How We Use Information We Collect

  • With your consent, we will share information with the Metis public blockchain (smart contracts). It is important to note that we are not responsible for your data processed in this decentralized and permissionless network

  • In the event that Artemis is involved in a merger, acquisition, or other corporate change, your information may be disclosed to another entity related to this event

  • We reserve the right to disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, take precautions against liability or harm, investigate and respond to third-party claims or allegations, respond to a court order or official request, and to protect the security or integrity of Artemis

  • We work with third-party service providers to provide services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you

How We Transfer Information We Collect Internationally

We collect information globally and may transfer, process, and store your information outside of your country of residence, to wherever we or our third-party service providers operate for the purpose of providing you the services. Whenever we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it.
