Sequencer Node

To ensure initial security and stability, Artemis will collaborate with GoatNetwork Foundation, with the first batch of sequencer nodes operated by the GoatNetwork Foundation. As the network matures, Artemis will invite more reputable node operators to join, gradually building a more open and decentralized platform.

The sequencer nodes in GoatNetwork play a critical role in the Entangled Rollup protocol, managing transaction ordering and finality for BTC, DOGEB, and BTCB. This decentralized sequencer architecture enhances network security, prevents single points of failure, and supports seamless rotation and community-driven governance.

By leveraging GoatNetwork’s decentralized sequencer, Artemis ensures that all supported assets (BTC, DOGEB, BTCB) benefit from transparent, fair, and secure transaction processing, laying a solid foundation for the next generation of Bitcoin-native DeFi applications.
